Nil. Only thing is their decent salary package. And can get some core knowledge.

The place where no employee is treated well. Salary is decent but yes, no career growth. There is no contract, but they won't respect your decision of quitting too. There is no proper sanitary rooms to female employees too.

Salary is the important one which we wont get at the right date even it takes a month for higher payed person
