Working here is truly really awesome, because of great job security. If they hire you and train you they will make sure you stay with them. They offer good training program which is very easy and comfortable to follow. I thank the company from the bottom of my heart for everything they have done.

Dislikes

Even in work from home you are supposed to maintain proper dress code!!!. Because at any time meeting may be conducted. You are supposed to attend all the meetings.

This is a great place to start your career. I have started my career here as fresher. Great exposure. Good infrastructure. Processes are good here. Great training which helps to develop skills. Overall great working experience.

Dislikes

Punctuality is very important here. Initially i felt hard to adapt. But now i got adapted, in fact my regular activities have become punctual after joining here. I've understood that whatever company does is for my good.

I thank Capital finserve for the opportunity to work here. It is an awesome working experience. It was very challenging at first but as days proceed I started to understand the work and it is very enjoyable. The challenges that i went through increased my confidence. I wish and hope that my bond with the company and colleagues remains same forever.

The only suggestion that I would tell the company is they can consider to give leave on alternate Saturdays.

I started my career with Capital Finserve on December 2021, I learnt a lot about Tele Calling process, at the same time how to handle customers. It's a good organisation where many Freshers got job easily and got trained for better. They clarify our doubts immediately. Great training, where we can develop our skills and knowledge
