My experience at the company was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, I found that there were good learning opportunities and the salary and benefits were competitive.

Work environment is challenging due to prevalent micro-management and colleague politics, which impacted team morale . To improve, the management should consider giving employees more independence and addressing internal politics to have a better working atmosphere.Management just rely on old bankers who are working as consultants and they do not nothing other than gossiping for each other.

There is no leave encash ment nor leaves given . No bonus no gifts at least once in a year .do not close the apprisal by March it get closed only in July or August 0nly 5 percent increase in salary .
