Worst company I have ever seen, they pressurize employees to do a shift of more than 12 hours/day and even the girls too.

Dislikes

Working hours, tremendous pressure and salary deduction.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
