Salary increment is terrific. Marathi culture, even when people know that some Hindi or other regions people are seated they always speak Marathi in between. Hindi is national language of India it’s now mandatory at everywhere even in syllabus also.

Unlike other corporate offices, the colleagues of mine here are very humble and super supportive. Moreover they had my back all the time.

Since it's a MNC, to learn and broaden your knowledge with real time practice is difficult as almost all the departments are subdivided.

Work life balance is going to dead in mnm, you can't raise voice and if you raise voice hr and manager will stops giving work to you. Medical policy is worst. Employee can't prove how much he work, all power goes to managers hand.

No planning or process, laborious works rather than intellectual works, higher working hours, longer work hours are appreciated even if not required, impressing manager plays a role rather than doing work, lot of politics.
