Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The infra of the work place that's it.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary promised doesn't get delivered with consistency. No professional approach in terms of work ethics. Promises more but all under delivered.
