It was fun and I got a good experience with all the staffs.The company provides training for freshers and workers also.The work environment is very nice and everyday food is good.All the facilities that we wanted were provided immediately.

I was a cnc operator and have operated vmc,lathe machine with my team.My responsibility is to make sure all operations are done and to follow the standards and safety.

The company is open to innovate and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have to the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes.

I worked at GDC and I had growth in the core machine operation and setting. GDC workers relationship is very nice.
