Company atmosphere is well and good... The standards following is poor, knowledge sharing is terrible... Appraisal time will show company is in loss state, no orders...

Dislikes

Have to improve the standards and proper training need to give periodically... Motivation and job satisfaction is much more important im working, i felt little this is lag here...

Dislikes

If you are good performer they will keep when anything happens to you they will not support morally. Now I think things better there, New team and New culture and I believe they will have balance work Life and team support.
