THE MANAGERS ARE REALLY TERRIBLE. HAVING EXPERIENCE AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS A COMPANY NEEDS TO LOOK FOR BETTER MANAGERS HAVING PROPER DEGREES NOT JUST EXPERIENCED MASS PRODUCED MANAGERS

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
