It is a volunteer lead organization with a mindset of Boss is always right. Various reporting structures and less communication between the team is a very common work culture of this organization. No approvals and reimbursements are given on time. I left the organization a year back but still did not receive my experience letter from them even after so many reminders.

There is TRULY NOTHING TO LIKE . Such organisations truly misusing funds raised through CSR funding because of lack effective governance and monitoring on the part of GoI, corrupt bureaucracy, corrupt politicians. Corporates really need to be more vigilant and have proper checks and controls as to the utilisation of their donated monies to really create an IMPACT and fulfill the GAP optimally . Here donor organisations need to act very sensibly and responsibly while identifying and shortlisting an NGO for a grant to design and implement the wellfare progra(s) in the much needed secto(s) to address the gap and not blindly donate to stay compliant under the mandated CSR. The Donor organisations are not aware of the ground realities as to how these NGOs function in reality most are doing good work on papers only and in actual they are harrassment schools for so called beneficiaries and for most of the employees who are genuine, honest and not boot lickers as it's NOT their money nor they have earned it....Read More
