The seniors are very good, you can't expect any project(if you are free, without training they throw you at any technology).Last and previous years appraisals are very good, recently management got changed, we need see for next year appraisal. If you really want to learn I urge you to join Candela labs.

The all projects are from outside India. Here one advantage and disadvantage is there here. Advantage -- to send a candidate to onsite they will not. See you are experienced or not. Disadvantage -- you always be ready to travel.

The attitude of senior management. They can create 24*7 working culture just to provide solutions to the clients that too on stringent timelines. Never had the opportunity to work on Automation. Its just Manual.
