First of all it is generating awareness about cancer in our India which is play important role in the field of education sector so that most of institute & schools are covered to aware about cancer along with people also and good work environment and culture teammates are supportive nature and the management is transparent. Organization policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary as well as provide incentive half yearly and annually every year

Dislikes

It is just like field job bcoz every day have to visit the school whether in local or out of state . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond u could not join any other NGO

Work Details

It is quite learning job . I struggled a few months in beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything from this job and I have get opportunity to improve myself in the field of work and learn different kinds of things like culture
