Over all rating with the company is Excellent. I appreciate the efforts of the company to bring out the best in me throughout my tenure with them. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
