I like nothing about CAMS.. Full politics and the disgusting thing is even the Juniors will influence u with the politics thinking they are the big shot and production machine in the team but they are not… they are “0” and they cant even survive if they relieve from CAMS. The managers should act as a bridge between the management and the team mates. Very bad infrastructure, even to get into the lift you have to stand in a queue. Washrooms are always stinking. Computers are so slow that you will cry. IT team, HR team, and Training team are worst than the government department. Their trainers are a bunch of fools and illiterates. Security guards and Admin team behavior is none less than demon and devils. Promotions are only in dreams. The salary hike is so less that you will die poor. Work-life balance only in papers, managers will ask you to office even on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Unofficial working hours are more than 11 to 12 hours. Managers will ask you to work on wrong data and will expect you to be 100% right. Any small compliance issue you will be out of the organization. For Lunch, you have to wait in a queue in the cafeteria. Training team will torture you for completing useless e-learning courses which you can't even understand....Read More

Hi myself Sudha Bhaskar,
Working with CAMS belapur since Jan 2021as Team leader, today I am penning down certain issues going on in my organization. Before telling my problem I wish say 1 proverb "idiom get the boot" which means
If you get the boot or are given the boot, you are told that you are not wanted anymore, either in your job or by someone you are having a bad relationship with.
Same which ways, there are mangers like Shilpa Micheal (DM), karan thappar (AM) and few others in people management (called to be a managers) misleading by their biasness, gossiping & supporting to those ppl jo unke talve chaate hai.
After giving my hardship towards this company still I am insulted with biasness & other things .
Shilpa Micheal plays vital role by doing this. If people doesn't taste her foot those support staff ruined out by her either putting blame or pressuring them so that those support staff themselves put down the paper. Whatever she produce infront of Vinoth thomas he accepts without proper investigation.
Now, about myself I never took leave from past 1year but past few months I had too due certain emergency. I applied a leave with prior 1 month notice that I need to go to home town to perform some rituals from 28th July to 4th August which been documented on mail yesterday 1st August she blasting on me who have approved my leave.. before leaving ofc on 27th July I asked karan Thapar is my leave approved he said yes verbal communication is sufficient nit required any approval on mail . Trusting his words i left for the home town as he been AM for the process I'm handling (L&TMF & Aditya Birla Capital select). I have proof of call recording where Shilpa heartlessly saying that "tera 24x7 ka rituals hota hai kya"
This is not 1st instance many I can reveal but this is not sufficient to write here.
CAMS one of the most people oriented company is this your managers all about?
I don't know after this tweet what will be happening with me by those managers but still...
Harassment & mental pressure this is what happening with me right now.
Whomsoever concern Please take necessary steps. As my health is getting affected severely by their biasness and harassment.
