I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Its located in a Posh area easily accessible. If you are a dedicated employee you will be maximum utilised by the management..

Dislikes

You have to work outside the working hours.. You have to do everything... Despite of your designation. If someone is on leave you have to handle their job out of the blue.. If you can learn everything by yourself it's better.. but do not expect any appreciation for that from the management. Less scope for appraisals and growth.. more workload and comparatively less pay.
