Despite all the negatives, the CEO of the organization is the best mentor for anyone starting their careers. Even though he can be impatient most of the times, the guidance he provides can pave a strong foundation for ones career.

Dislikes

Organisation culture, which seems very conservative doesn't provide any voice or confidence to the employee. Lack of hierarchy and no distinction between professional and personal time prove to effect productivity of employees.
