Likes

Cambridge Convent School is the best school in district Churu. This school is the District Topper in Commerce and Science stream ( XII CBSE 2018-19 ) Well experienced and well qualified Teachers , getting handsome salary. In school there are no of games / Activities for the recreation of Teacher to reduce the working stress.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is good but there is no group insurance.

Company culture - Bad

Work Details

By producing good result Of XII and X CBSE board ( 2018-19), my work becomes more challenging for new session. I hope we will produce better result this year and get this First Position in Churu District.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
