As a operator over there, one advantage I get knowledge how retail business works and second advantage get to know new people everyday. But as per personal growth is zero what I mean is you never easily get manager job quickly.

Dislikes

There is no growth as career wise if you planning to work in caltex for so long. Its an average job. Hand to mouth job basically.

Since I started working I have had very great experience working there and meeting new people everyday.

Dislikes

Working night shifts and dealing with some of the guys at night on the weekends was the hardest part of my job.

It was lovely experience working with Caltex Star Mart. Manager and team mates are very good and supportive.

I have to handle the counter and also look after the store. Include cleaning , stock stake , etc.
