Job security is the top on the list. Next comes the work culture. There is a huge disconnection starting from HR till all other functions. Lack of communication to employees on anything related to policy or other information, Poor administration team, Partiality between locations (High preference to Bangalore and less preference to Coimbatore), Unhygienic work floor, Pantry and Restroom.
