Managers and colleagues were quite supportive specially Tarun who was the PE Head and was taking care of HR functions as well.

Dislikes

It's driven by only few leaders and have no vision of the organization. No growth opportunities. They consider HR is function which recruits people and fires them which is not right.

Company vision is good. Colleagues supports a lot and will be a lively environment.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth both are slow. Work pressure is high and there is an micro management. No job training is provided. Its an flat organization but no where we can find that structure.

The staff at their office was very helping. They guided me in every possible way so that I could learn about other works as well apart from the department I was working in. My mentors were excellent and the work environment was friendly.

Dislikes

They didn't gave any stipend or allowances.

Work Details

Since it is a startup in Delhi, so the work was hectic sometimes but it was manageable with the assistance of mentors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
