The Company started well, but the top management, were directionless and had no idea how to move ahead. Many people have lost their jobs and livelihood because of the arrogance and even they don't have idea what they want to do.

A great Vision, but completely mishandled by the top management. No job security, you should think twice before joining here, don't risk your careers. The management has lost vision , they have mishandled and jeopardized the careers of almost 90% of the employees . A lot of redundancy across the departments, Same work gets done by many people at the end no result, no proper planning, there is no coordination even at CXO level, they are direction less.
