Dislikes

The first and foremost thing that is frustrating about CSL is the management and thier behaviour with employees. CSL is more like a CIRCUS where managements role is like a ringmaster, abusing to employees for no reasons. No timely salary and a place where almost every laws(Direct and Indirect taxes) are flouted. Employees fear to work as they will be punished and abused every time they want to work. Employees are also abused for not working and remaining stationery but this happens once in a week or once in a month and sometimes once in a year. A good place to remain stationery and collect salary(although late) every month at tge cost of abuse. Good place for peoples who likes to sign thier apples....Read More
