Likes

This place have a quite good job security, they donot put much pressure on the candidate for achiving target. Working hour duration is quite moderate and flexible. Good ambience for female candidates.

Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Donot provide any bonus to their employee, salary is not paid even within 10th day of month, increament is not good. The monetory part is not satisfying. They donot have any provision of pf/esi.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Poor
