Once oil discovery was identified in far desert it came in limelight. Lot of project started with biggest investments ever in upstream fields. Company boomed as the fastest growing giant. Employees worked considering their own fleet with full dedication and team spirit to achieve plenty milestones.It was golden period for employees and company as well. In start of 2014 it was got takeover by Vedanta Resources. Suddenly oil prices fell down and continuously buckling , it had changed its policies and forecasting. A huge lay off already taken place and still continue. Employee facilities and job security deteriorated so badly. Job security is not satisfactory. In spite of putting your best effort cost cutting could take your job any time. Mass lay off had been carried out earlier also.
