Likes

The company had a very good & healthy working environment. They train their employees before putting them on the floor. They provide growth opportunities to those looking to excel.

Dislikes

The Salary Remuneration was very less as compared to the other competitors in the market. No extra benefits were provided by the company to their existing employees.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
