Worst company I have ever seen in my life , there's no proper staffing, you won't get your salary on proper time , whatever they promise during the interview is utter nonsense and all are fake . And if they don't have staff that's not our problem because of this they put pressure on a single person and how that person will manage won't he be tired ? If you work extra also they won't pay you no incentives no bonus nothing but if you do any mistake then and there you need to pay this how this company is and it's been 7 months I didn't received my travel allowances yet . If you try to open your mouth they will either ig ore it or try to shut your mouth by blaming you for no reason or else harass you . Don't ever join this company . I had a very frustrating experience working at Cafe Coffee Day Guwahati. There is no work-life balance, and the lack of fixed days off makes it difficult to have any personal time. The salary is low, and employees are often treated poorly by management, feeling more like servants than valued team members.(Iam telling about only guwahati cafes) The expectation to work beyond scheduled hours without any overtime pay is exhausting. Additionally, there’s little to no recognition of festivals or celebrations, which takes away from the sense of community in the workplace. Its my first job with cafe coffee day I like all work in cafe mostly pos Work making Hot coffee cooking food and always learning something new

Nothing but some buddy miss behaviour with new employee.

Everything is good but sooooo much sale presse they give us sale target and harassment us if we not achieved target they abuse me manager and aera manager.

They don't know how to customers need and customer satisfaction how to they don't talk to customer. Company not provide to from team mamber facility like off and they forces me to work continue more then 9 house. Managers always give to warning to fire you. Manage didn't have to how to talk to customer mand how to talk to our team also abuse.
