overall as a company its good.if anyone wants to be part of their salea team then thier is job security. If they feel youbare not work up to the mark or if you open up anything against the manager they will make sure in future they will you remove from the company without notice as well.there is no much training fornthe team.the person needs to keep favouring the management or higher level people then you can sustain there or only if you perform always....Read More
