The overall culture is really terrible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.

High Attrition Rate of Senior and Middle Level Employees, Work location is far from all areas of Ahmedabad. When Promoters are in US, they prefer to keep meeting at US timings so late sitting in office in 7-8 days in month is normal scenario.
