I'm the checker, they is no career growth. They don't consider about our life..cadeploy reduct the salary without any information, if we ask about salary reduction they simply tell us it's management decision we can't do anything... All the cadeploy employees getting out from the company because of these kind of activity... If u arerelieving from the office with a proper way of 2 months notice period they don't give the last month salary and final settlement also... Cadeploy have 4 branches Hyderabad, Bangalore vijayawada Coimbatore... But now they only have two branches (vijayawada and Bangalore are closed). Management know all those things but they not ready to change anything. My strong suggestion is Don't join in cadeploy. 0℅ of career growth 0% of employee benefits. If u want to boost to salary package then you people can join.. All the days they have a opening they will hire. Worst company in steel detailing....Read More
