1. Teaching a best Profession. I love to receive students for helping them to enhance their skill development. 2. Centre allows me to perform Namaz.

Dislikes

1. Manager fights with me for useless things. 2. Over rules - Non flexible rules irritates me all the time. That even made me to hate my passion(Teaching). 3. Training period for faculties are bad. Without proper duration in learning, how can a faculty handle their students? (many problems faced in my franchise - as experienced and over aged candidates expects more from faculties) 4. It is a SERVICE and then BUSINESS. But pupils are focusing only on business (thats really bad) QUALITY important so then QUANTITY increases. 5. Proper interaction space between corporate and faculty is poor. Sometimes manager blames us to corporate visitors, instead of moulding us. (so we dont have opportunity to speak what is right or wrong). Also we completed B.E. not MBA so training for Marketing should be in schedule not to force or in compelling. 6. All pupils have their pressures, frustration and job burdens. But pupil have to be cool, friendly and supportive. Its missing in my franchise. 7. My manager misbehaves always by taking advantage of rules. Example: she always comes to centre at 1.00 or 2.00 except the day of corporate visitors (I do know that, she wont go for marketing daily then why she always misusing her freedom?) . And fights with me for coming to centre at 10.15 or 10.10 sometimes 10.20 Rules should be common for all. And its missing. 8. My co-worker plays double game always (politics), Inorder to sustain his job or to attain his seniority post (Technical leader). Individual space misleaded. 9. Manager expects faculties to communicate with her, regarding tasks. But we are workers, she is in the position to co-ordinate us. (We always fight in this part) 10. Our centre wont help us to master our softwares (corporate ORG. Links are not given). So with less duration and we are helpless in handling softwares. 11. Salary problem (They always blames us.
