Management encourage me and believe in my skills. Here my skills are developed very well and also my confident is grown then I found my strength here. Good to work who loves teaching career.

Dislikes

There is a career growth in teaching is well. But they need people to manage the organisation. So it pushes me organise the people to take admission.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
