The company is changing and evolving with some very incompetent people at the helm. These people are running departments as per their own will. The owners need to hire people with better upbringing for higher roles.

Upskilling opportunities are nonexistent, while politics among senior employees dominate. There are no perks or chances for promotion—just a culture of favoritism and monopoly by long-standing employees. It’s not a place to learn or grow, making it a complete waste of time.
