Good work culture. Teammates and managers are helpful. You get paid of each extra minute you work for, as incentives. There's a cafeteria with free breakfast. There's just too much work and too less time. There's not even enough time to finish the client work. On top of it, you are given extra tasks in the day. So if you want to finish on time, you will need to rush through and probably end up compromising quality. Here, your performance is mostly time based and not skill based. There's no yearly bonus. You are not allowed to take public holidays. You have to tell your manager that you need it and they will decide if you can take a leave depending on the capacity of the team on that particular day. Also, it is first ask first get for holiday leaves. Since performance is time-based, and increment is performance-based, you end up with meagre increment.
