I have recently joined Cacti Global and the experience thus far has been truly positive. Dislikes

Multitasking can be demanding at times, although it refines our time management skills, enhancing our ability to juggle diverse responsibilities.

It has been more than 2 years since I have worked here. I have worked in multiple domains including research, strategy, and marketing. The company has a very open attitude towards employees wanting to try different functions, the support from leadership is definitely something to look up to I have enjoyed working, it has been very peaceful and flexible.

Dislikes

Plans change very fast, but that is also the part of thrill

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
