Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Before the interview, candidates are asked to submit so many documents that it feels like they are being prepared for a government job. Only those foolish like me would submit so many documents before an interview. Then they say things like, "I think you haven't interviewed at any big company yet, this is how the rules work at suchplaces." I’ve interviewed at 3-4 top level MNC's, and none of them asked for anything before the interview. Their tendency to look down on others is just a reflection of their large businesses. I hope no one else makes this mistake in the future like I did. They collect documents from everyone before the interview and sell them off. We all know our documents are being sold.
