I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Director of the company is good. But he is biased with some middle management people. Company offers good package.

No salary confirmation, it can delay upto 2/3 month Some non technical illiterate people are running the head office that's why no implementation of system here. This company running on God's grace, no fund flow/planning. Anytime this company gets bankrupt.
