Directors are not bad. They are flexible to understand the genuine problem of employees. Only they need someone who can share the issues of employees in a proper way to the Management.

There are so much politics in the company. Many chamchas are there those are not capable for that position at all. And specially "Manas Rudra(HR and Administration Manager)" who has not any guts to handle higher management and maintain employee relation. He is totally a "tattu ghora" of Mr. Jawed Alam and other higher management. Hehas not his own view for employees. Before the interview, candidates are asked to submit so many documents that it feels like they are being prepared for a government job. Only those foolish like me would submit so many documents before an interview. Then they say things like, "I think you haven't interviewed at any big company yet, this is how the rules work at suchplaces." I’ve interviewed at 3-4 top level MNC's, and none of them asked for anything before the interview. Their tendency to look down on others is just a reflection of their large businesses.
