If you are from IIT or any tier 1 college then only consider joining this company. Non tier 1 candidates are basically second class employees in this company.
Dislikes
My tech lead has no background of JavaScript but he got that position just because he's from IIT. So, think twice if you are not from a tier 1 college before joining this company. A guy from IIT who is not from the same background will judge your years of experience and he might have less experience than you.
