Ethics and morality are given preference here. I have seen people got sacked for being corrupt. After that they have vented their anger on these platforms making up false claims. But those are different issues. Overall very safe and secure place to work for women.

C-Quel is a great place to learn and grow. The Senior management here is empathetic to employee needs and are quite flexible. We get salary on time, and perks too are industry standard. During Covid pandemic lockdown, not only there were no lay offs, also our medical insurance coverage increased. Nearly 60% of the workforce during this phase were sitting idle, still got their salaries on time and there were no reductions too. May be because of this some people got too lazy, instead of working hard, started doing politics with their colleagues and negatively hampering working environment. Company gave them stern messages. Software developers are attritional lot. But not at C-Quel. All of them are working here long term. Because the company provides safe and secure environment, and innovations are appreciated. During Covid pandemic lockdown although not much work is there, company really came through in flying colours without any job or pay cut . Also C-Quel does educational videos about PF, retirals and benefit know-hows. Lakhs lakhs of subscribers are benefitted. Really proud to be associated with these....Read More

One thing C-Quel shined in these last few months is in Covid response. As early as the first week of March, management distributed masks to all team members and made it mandatory to wear in office. There were ample sanitizers, infrared thermometers etc. During lockdown many of the team members were completely sitting at home, still g ot their salary on time. Worked here for few years now, I can confidently say that this one of the safest working place for women in particular. Collogues are courteous and respectful, Senior Management is sensitive. Perks and other things are industry standard.I have no complains so far.

One thing i observed working here that C-Quel cuts no corners. They thoroughly and systemically do their job. Not only to their clients, but towards their own team members too. Salary each month credited on time, good health benefit, which increased during Covid, not sure many companies would do that. Also no lay offs.

The team members are highly respected even by senior most people and ladies are extremely well protected. The open door policy to lodge your grievance is an important reason behind the beautiful ambience at C-Quel. It's a great place for those who believe at performance and spirituality at workplace. Although some guys may not be comfortable with such ethical and spiritual ambience, however, I feel great here because of my past bitter experiences in other companies and it was beyond my imagination that a company like C-Quel actually exists in today's world. I must have done some good karma that God has finally sent me to C-Quel. C-Quel is different kind of organisation which is not chasing revenue or profit target but very strict about quality of work . Great company without great salary. Although salary paid on time and to be fair, till pandemic quarterly performance bonus was paid without fail to almost all team members along with statutory bonus. Too much focus on ethics and values. TO build a different kind of value based company, Senior Management probably compromising on its g rowth potential....Read More
