C-Quel has been a pillar of support and guidance to us during this devastating pandemic phase. I would like to call out a few examples of the extraordinary vision and leadership provided to us by our Management in these difficult times: 1. Our Management had anticipated the second wave early on and during our Annual Day event on 7th March, 2021, each team member was gifted with a high-quality protective face mask, as was done in the Annual Day event, last year. We were time and again reminded of being alert about the disease and was advised never to let go off our guard. 2. Our Management made it a point to insist on vaccination of the parents of all employees (60 years and above). Personally speaking, this advice and insistence was critical to my family and the family members of all such employees who had heeded to this advice from our Management. 3. Strict monitoring of the critical workforce from office is conducted in terms of Covid measures including measuring & recording of temperature, hand sanitisation, adherance to social distancing norms. WFH for majority of employees and wearing of facemasks. 4. To provide ease of breathing, we were provided with surgical face masks for office use. These masks are light and and can be worn for long hours without any irritation to the nose or ears. 5. I have not heard of any other organisation that had prepared their team members for the second wave by introducing Yoga to boost our immune systems. Desktop Yoga, was a series of sessions where Yogic breathing techniques, body-mind balance, muscle and stretching & exercise and meditation were proactively imparted to all team members to help them build immunity, It is a sad truth that had other organisations including the Govt. been as vigilant and proactive as C-Quel, many lives could have been saved during the second Covid wave!...Read More

I am working in this organisation for long 13 years. Needless to say there could be no less reason to stay back for such a long time. Listing below few of them: 1. Uninterrupted Salary and benefits. Never seen a delay in my 13 years journey, be whatever the situation of the economy, recession of 2008, corona pandemic and what not. 2. Compassionate management towards the employees. The way management stands beside the employees in difficult times at their personal front, going beyond office works, commands respect. 3. Approachable Management: Open door policy of top management help employees to approach and discuss any issues under utmost confidentiality. 4. A model places of work for female employees. Any kind of inappropriate behaviour towards them are to be treated with zero tolerance. Utmost workplace safety is ensured for lady employees. 5. The most important reason being the work and personal ethics practised by us, the entire company as a whole.We employees feel proud to be associated with a company which will do anything to uphold commany's image to general people, our clients, various stakeholders including Government Departments. In fact we are highly revered for this virtue within the professional circles. 6. Equal opportunity for everyone to grow and excel internally. 7. Special mention to be made during the corona pandemic where amidst of huge business uncertainty we are ensured regular payment of salary so that no one faces any regular interaction with the employees and enquiry about their well-being, regular advisory on covid safety adds a lot of confidence among the employees all of who are working from home. 8. This is a very good platform for productive feedback for genuine improvement. But it is extremely disappointing that some people are using this just to take some nasty revenge for self interest. The most strange part is that those people are only writing these destructive and abusive feedback who were asked to leave C-Quel because of performance issues post giving series of chances and for serious behavioral issues. In my career of 20 years with C-Quel, I have never seen any unethical and unjustified things happening with anyone. C-Quel employees are given live training and chances to grow. In this tough competitive world where a person always searches for better opportunities, staying in one organization continuously for 20 years itself implies the specialty of the organization. During this pandemic situation the help we have received from C-Quel is really unforgettable. C-Quel was the 1st company in West Bengal may be India who distributed Mask among their employees along with vitamin C tablets on 7th March 2020. It was much before the Covid Pandemic actually started in India. Our Management are always there in not only our need but also the need for our family. Despite such economic crisis, they have always ensured a sense of safety & security for all of us. When all the other companies tried to reduce their cost by cutting salary, C-Quel incurred extra cost to enhance health insurance benefits for all the family members of C-Quel employees even for ESI coverable employees for speedy treatment. Apart from this one thing which deserve special mention is no salary cut/ reduced salary during this trying times where company is going through huge financial crisis because of Pandemic. Salary was paid on time/ before time always. C-Quel took extra care for employees who were unwell during this Covid situation. C-Quel is my extended family. Right now during Covid pandemic, management helped us like anything. I feel myself lucky to be here.

Nothing to dislike about C-Quel, but one thing I must stress that some disgruntled non-performers who are fired during the probation period itself wrote many bad things about the company here at Ambitionbox, 99% of which are false and unsubstantiated. Ambitionbox is a great platform but they should not allow this type of reviews. Criticisms should be constructive.

Safe environment for employees to work. No internal politics is entertained. Strictly follows POSH at workplace. Management is understanding and helpful. Company is too strict regarding work norms and ethics. Working hours are often extended and at times too much work pressure. Salary as comparatively low. Annual appraisal, bonus and timely incentives brings a little balance to it.

dirty politics, No future growth, huge partiality. Management force their employee to write good review in this website and mark report on negative review to achieve great rating but it is very ridicules the rating is higher then lots of multinational company.

A place for performers. Non-performers do not last beyond probation period. So if want to work here be ready to "work". Salary is will be credited on time and perks are good. During Covid lockdown too there were no pay cut, or workforce reduction whether you are working or not. Heath coverage for whole family increased during Covid period, so that is very good.

Do not believe those negative reviews. People who are not good at their work bad mouthed the Company here.

Spent almost 6+ years in this company, this is where you can learn in every step, if you want to. Each employee is directly observed by the higher management to know their strength and weakness, and according to this they are given jobs, in which they are good at. It helps a lot to be an expert in a certain thing. C-Quel is stronglyagainst corruption, dishonesty, partiality and any kind of harassment.
