Due to my health reasons Company has assigned permanent WFH for now. It has not affected my wages and other benefits. Management is very understanding in this regard. Communications are good, and seniors are helpful. Medicals and other benefits are industry standard.

There was nothing to like about the management of the company. The people in higher positions are illiterate, biased & backdated. Very authoritative nature of management is practiced here. No respect given to employees working at base level. Full of hypocrisy.

It has been 5 yrs since I left the company. The memories of the incidents are vague now but the feeling remains the same. I don't feel like writing much about it, it makes me sick. Don't ever join this company.

My experiences are good here. Salary on time, good benefits, sound medical coverage, seniors are cooperating. There were some bad apples. but they have been weeded out. Senior management do not compromise on ethics.

C-Quel terminated the service of one of their senior compliance executive due to prolonged non-performance and after giving several warnings. This is one organization which does not tolerate misbehavior or non-performance. After termination this guy trying to malign C-Quel by absolute false allegations and unfortunately misusing this platform to take revenge. his confirmation was also delayed because of behavioral issues. I would request our MD to take some actions against such unscrupulous guys. We all know the kind of support he got from C-Quel when there was a tragic event in his family. Some people are so mean and ungrateful. What I like most is that C-Quel does business in a ethical way. Management has a strong stance against corruption. I had worked in different companies, never saw work being done by NOT providing bribes before joining C-Quel. This is the best thing.

Company culture can be tough on a new joinee. Non performers are shown door within the probation period itself.

The company took great care for us during Covid, and for us I meant all the employees and our families. Provided enhanced medical benefits, and bear the cost for vaccinations. Then last year Company arranged a foreign trip for all the long time Company employees. Although I was not in that trip, I heard it was all travelling and enjoyment and no work and seminars as most of the companies do. Last week company arranged a weekend gateway for everybody.
