Just pointing out the specific reasons so that you can understand what is underneath this company. Devender Sharma is the so-called HR manager of all plants in Haridwar. He is a scammer and using the political power of Yogi he is servive there and now ruling these units. He is below par in terms of education & knowledge level. He ishighly biased and selects mostly from his community and Chauhan ( those who have terms with him can get jobs without any requirement). He is running an NGO which is mandatory for every employee to join without joining he won't entertain you. Life will be difficult for you to servive in the company....Read More
