The people, there is no organization without people on whom you can vest your trust. The comradry transcends beyond office premises. There is work but not work pressure.

Dislikes

A lot of departments work in silos. The to and fro of ideas, I believe, need to be minimized and greater communication has to foster.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
