Flexibility to work from Home, good pay and weekends off

Dislikes

Overtime during weekends without extra pay, contractual nature of job

Work Details

It was good initially but with time, the work sometimes was assigned even during the weekends to meet the project deadline without extra pay. It wasn't very welcoming.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
