Dangerous office politics- you will find yourself in treacherous waters. Tread carefully or else you may even end up a scapegoat for someone else's blunder. HRs- namesake morons, they hardly meet you. Forget your grievances, it goes unheard. Bottomline is, unless you work in the capacity of a manager, you are always at risk. Employees are pampered with a lot of gifts and love the extra curriculum activities than any other organization.

Dislikes

Growth is very tough, also getting increment or hike in salary is a challenging factor plus less man power and extra burden of work.

Work from home is quite hectic actually. Even in week offs you don't actually are completely free from work cause of the meetings. Otherwise you're pampered with gifts but it's all becomes worthless cause increment in salary gets so challenging.
