The company’s innovative plans and dedication to students' growth truly set them apart in the ed-tech space. As a tutor, I appreciated the proper work-life balance they provided, which is rare to find in this industry. I believe BYJU'S should focus on filtering and selecting tutors who are truly passionate and capable of teaching students. Additionally, improving their study material content could elevate the learning experience for students even further.

Company's way of teacing students is good. It provide great content to teachers as well as students that make the learning easy and engaging.

Work life balance is not there . This company is not employee friendly, never listens to the problems of the employees , never had appraisals and are not paid for the extra work.
