It was good platform to freshers. Almost I have worked for 7years at Byjus unfortunately it’s bad time company get loss and many employees are suffered lot still some employees are suffering even they have not getting jobs outside this is actually sad.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... Everything about the company was awesome Until March 2022, then its the opposite.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. Money laundering has happened from the company in a very creative way by fooling the entire law. 5. The list goes on....Read More

Good knowledge providing edu tech but work culture is aggressive and people are addicted to their culture and many pains and many torture for employees, doesn't went outside of company , everyone know what they're doing but it was made by their hierarchies.

Deposit all pending salaries to their employees account, even for me .

No appraisal, no promotion, no recognition, pure politics, no payment of variable part of salary, reduction in ctc without notifying employees, terrible work culture, People here believe in playing blame games than providing or finding solution for a problem. You have freedom to run your centre according to you as an Academic Manager. I got learn a lot if things like parent (customer handling,Faculty Management, Work Load is very less, If you are preparing for an exam this job is best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
