okay so being an employee here at byjus since last 1.5 years i had few worst experiences to share with you all here.... 1. i got appointed here last year feb 22 and company promised as per its terms to give us increment within an year as per our performances... and many of us including me gave our best in teaching hoping to get goodincrement in the end but nothing as such happens and our hopes got down. 2.) byjus company as per its terms promised us to give us incentives every month based on our performances and again we all gave our best but after 2-3 months byjus changed its incentive policy and started giving only 1k-1.5k incentives but now from this year 2023 byjus never gave us incentives. the company literally stopped giving all its incentives. 3) byjus company as per its terms promised to give us increment within an year and we all were expecting our increment atleast after an year.... but again byjus failed here too to give us our increment. 4) the working environment here in byjus is now getting so toxic because the auditor who gave us the tutor ratings are constantly putting us down based on our performances no matter how hard we try but it feels like instead of holding our hands they constantly pull our legs down... how can we perform well under such stressful working enviroment. 5.) the job security here in byjus is not just only zero but actually negative because the byjus is now going down in the market because of billions of loan it has taken (we all know this from the viral news) and because of this it is terminating any random employee anytime even on the same working day. so all there factors are now making byjus a worst ed company and this is not good at all. thankyou for your asking here. hope this feedback would be helpful to others too....Read More
