Complete honesty and transparency. I really liked working here

My monthly review didn't happen for the first month due to a change in the HR team. It was a one time thing after which everything was on time

Work Details

The company is very upfront, honest and transparent about everything that goes on in the organisation. They are very receptive to criticism especially with regards to their employees and customers and take swift action and make changes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
