I've been responsible for training large executive teams to operate independently. It's a respectable job with high pay, after all, it is a highly sought after job.

Dislikes

Closer to the deadlines, things get heated up. i's important to motivate yourself and others.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
